Weekly training classes focus on developing muscle strength & flexibility, proper form, body awareness, and physical skills in particular genres of dance. These classes do not perform in the year-end show and registration is open year-round. Join or drop in anytime!
Technique
Combining the fundamentals and progressions of Jazz and Contemporary, these classes focus on leaps, jumps, and turns, as well as improvisation and changes in rhythm, speed, and direction.
Ballet Technique
Focusing on movements and terminology that define the foundational principles of ballet, these classes emphasize alignment, body posture, toe pointing, and arm movement.
Acro
Acrobatic Dance, or "Acro," incorporates gymnast tumbling and flexibility skills with the beauty and execution of dance. Safety and proper form are of utmost importance in our acrobatic training program.
PBT
Progressing Ballet Technique (PBT), an innovative body conditioning and strength-building program that prioritizes muscle
memory development through ballet-specific exercises.
